My Memoirs

At last, i’ve started to blog on my other blog.. not much, just only one post for today.. yet to learn how to customize it.. darn! my knowledge of HTML is getting rusty… sigh……. i need HELP! i’d still publish photos here… unless i found a better site for my precious pictures.. hehe..

DO NOT fret ppl, as i’d post up my new blog url up when it’s time.. hehe but somehow, there’s a few ppl got the first peek at it.. oh well, i’m sure u all could guess it.. not a hard one

today (18/05/06) early morning, at 9am sharp, i got a call from my client.. she was asking me about the write-up for the Education Supplement on NST.. it seems there’s a slight problem.. when my manager came in, i told him about the problem.. tried to solve it ASAP..

then i was quite free for the day.. doing nothing much.. helping around and read newspaper.. then came the paper jam! DARN! i was printing half way when it got stuck.. i tried opening all the trays and doors.. still the same.. no paper stuck in between.. i tried restarting the machine and still the same.. i got frustrated already.. and my manager was waiting for me to print some stuff out for him to the meeting.. called the technician and they only can come tmrw! and at the mean while, can’t receive fax.. before going for lunch, my colleague came and take a look at the machine.. she tried opening here and there.. then VIOLA! found the stupid paper.. so now it’s operating again!! yahoo!

after lunch i had to prepare some quotations for a client.. calculating this and that.. getting  it approved and all.. and also i have to print some stuff for my manager so that he can give it to the freelance writer.. was having a headache to fix the page setup for the document.. so i just opened a new worksheet and do some copy and paste.. each row of sentence one by one.. while i was having a busy day, my friend kept sms-ing me.. i wanted to ignore it but then the sms-es kept coming.. argh!!!

anyway, i think i should go home now.. take a shower and sleep early.. i don’t feel well.. stomach pain.. like in gastric.. don’t know why.. hope tmrw i’d be okay as i got a movie and dinner date! wohooooo!!!
so, pls.. anyone don’t disturb me tmrw after work, kay?.. i need my quality time with the one i love thanks!

sigh.. why? why is this happening to me all my life? i can’t seems to get the one that i like most of the time.. during high school time, i was either shy or a chicken.. to tell guys that i like them.. then college, i became more daring and open.. i told guys that i like them and if they don’t, i’d just treat them as a friend.. obviously guys turned me down.. giving me ALL sorts of excuses which you could imagine..

and if i did get the ones i love or like, i can’t seems to keep them.. why? is there anything wrong with me? i know that if he/she wants to leave, we can’t force them to stay BUT why do this thing have to happen to me so many times? it hurts..

i guess i’m giving up on guys.. giving up on searching.. i just had enough.. i started dating since i was 18 and now i’m 25.. 7 years.. and i’m tired now.. guess it’s time for me to enjoy my singlehood now but then sometimes i do feel lonely.. how????

is it true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder? haha.. i doubt that..

for us, girls.. we do mind and care about what other ppl think or see about us.. all the guys would say, personality is more important than physical looks.. what BS! as all you readers can see, i’m not a pretty girl.. i was dissed even by my own kind when i was in school! WTF!

GIRLS are mean.. it’s SO true.. i watched Mean Girls again yesterday.. girls would go to the extreme for beauty purposes.. for what? for the guys to swarm over them! and girls could be SO fake sometimes.. that is why they’re call Plastic.. pretending to be nice and all but then they back stab u from behind..

anyway, back to beauty.. i’ve actually approached 2 photographers asking them to take my pictures but then one turned me down and the other… well, u can guess it.. i got no reply! i guess i’m really not up to the standard.. maybe i’m not like Amber Chia.. but hey, Amber got her BIG break when she won the Guess? contest.. everyone needs a chance.. a fair chance.. why do ppl judge someone so easily?

like i said, everyone could be pretty or beautiful if they’re given the right make-up, clothes, good photographer AND a fan! why can’t i have THAT chance? sigh… guess i’d always be an UGLY duckling

finally i changed my worn out tyres AND rims yesterday (12/05/06).. the tyres were in such bad condition.. almost left 5%.. i traded my old rims for RM 250 and i got a brand new set of 16" rims.. i’m happy about that.. spent at least 4 freaking hours there at the workshop, Klang BUT it’s all worth it.. from choosing the rims to choosing the tyres to the balancing of the tyres to adjusting the alignment..
i paid RM 2,472 for EVERYTHING..

then i was thinking, should i get a new cellphone as well?.. hmmmmm… i went to a shop and they offered me RM 960 for a Sony Ericsson w550i.. it was tempting BUT i went back to Klang Parade where i bought my Motorola v600.. the shop is open by my ex-client from the previous broker firm i worked with.. the wife was kind enough to sell it to me for RM 940.. LOL.. so i just grabbed it..
ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh… my 2nd cellphone i bought using my hard earn money.. it feels good..

so all together i’ve spent.. lemme see.. RM 2,472 + RM 940 = RM 3,412.. wow! not bad huh? anyway, i gotta go now and play with my new phone.. TATA!

i’m back from Bali BUT it wasn’t such a GREAT trip after all.. i’d want to go back there with my love one or with other bunch of friends.. we’re just limited or refrained from doing some things just coz most of the ppl in the group didn’t want to do it..

anyway, the reason why i’ve still not post anything for the bali trip yet coz i’m too DAMN lazy to type.. when i got my needed rest AND sleep, i’d start typing.. probably at home BUT not at work..

i’m also thinking of moving my blog to some where else as the space here is limited.. i’ve used almost 70% of the disk space in friendster.. let’s just move BUT at the mean time, i still haven’t found the purrrrrrrrfect place yet.. need to export ALL my posts here to a new weblog and only use friendster’s photo albums.. what do you think??

what’s with ALL the HYPE about Amber Chia? pluzeeeeeeeeeee.. she’s just a normal looking girl with THICK lips.. haha.. after all, she’s NOT like Gisele Bundchen OR Heidi Klum.. Amber is just a Sarawakian girl.. most importantly is that, why does she has to pose for the Indonesia’s Playboy? even though there’s no nudity BUT almost can see coz it’s TRANSPARENT!

i’ve got a guy friend who’s SO obsess about Amber Chia.. he buys and reads EVERY single article about her, made her a b’day gift AND then finally got her number.. now they’re friends.. met up for drinks and lunches.. he told me that her English is HORRENDOUS but still that can’t keep him away from her.. sigh…

GUYS! what’s SO great about Amber Chia? my manager told me that guys likes girls with slutty looking faces.. haha.. guess i’ve to take his word for it coz he’s a guy! hahahha.. don’t think she’d be getting any more famous oversea.. just will stick as being a model and NOT a supermodel.. she’s taking ALL kinds of jobs.. from the water heater shower to the massage chair to some clothing line which is not internationally known.. what’s wrong with her? i guess her BIGGEST achievement yet would be the face for GUESS?.. just the Watches as Paris Hilton is taking over as the GUESS? ambassador..

oh, don’t say that i’m jealous of Amber coz i’m not.. just that i DO NOT know what’s with all the HYPE about her… enlighten me, guys

cellphones are EVERYWHERE now.. even school kids have their own phones.. parents giving them as present or for convenient purposes BUT they tend to abuse that.. most cellphones users nowadays ESPECIALLY youngsters are prepaid users.. those starter kits now are less than RM10! compare to years ago when it was like RM200 for a Hotlink prepaid card..

cellphones dated way back to when it was black, large, rectangular, heavy and no SMS function.. then came the motorola flip phone which my mom used.. it had design but still not much function.. all you could do was to receive and answer calls..

i remember the time when i just got my own cellphone.. i was 18 back then.. i got the Nokia 5110.. it was maroon in color and i changed it to yellow.. i liked the phone coz i could buy lots of different colors of the cover.. changing it accordingly to my mood! hahaha..
then my 2nd phone was the Nokia 3330.. this phone also allowed me to change covers.. NOT only the front BUT the back as well.. so i spent alot too for the covers.. haha..
my 3rd phone would be another nokia phone which i bought with my hard earned savings.. the Nokia 8310.. it’s the loveliest phone ever! it can store so much sms and the silver lil buttons are just so classy.. the first ever phone with FM.. er, i think.. it costed me like RM800+.. just LOVE the phone.. BUT unfortunately, when i got my 4th phone which was the Motorola V600 (clamshell), i borrowed my Nokia to my ex.. he then lost it when he was drunk at a club.. sigh.. ALL the sms that i’ve collected was gone!
anyway, my Motorola phone is the most stylish phone ever! when it first came out, i just fell in love with it.. it was like 2 years ago.. my first EVER Motorola phone and it costed me RM1,860.. it was ALL worth it.. although this phone hanged most of the time and it’s memory is like only 5MB, i still love it.. took pictures with the camera.. MY HAPPY moments with "him" mostly.. i even stored "his" recorded g’night wish to me..
oh, not to mention i bought a 2nd hand Motorola V70 which was like RM200! just love the design.. wanted it ever since it was out in the market but it was just too expensive for me.. it’s a cool cellphone.. the 360 degrees of rotating and it was paid half by "him".. :o) it’s a phone for my 016 prepaid number which was given by "him"..

so, 2 years down the road, and now i want a new phone.. i’m thinking and considering the new Sony Ericsson W550i or the Nokia 6111 or the Nokia 7370.. but from what i’ve compare, the Sony Ericsson’s phone memory is the largest.. 256MB and i like the orangie color too!

on sunday night itself, i thought i broke my thumb.. it was BLARDY painful and i almost cried.. i pressed my hand on the bed to get up and then……………… C-R-A-C-K!! i heard it.. i was like… OMG! did i just broke my thumb? the sensation was too much for me to bear.. i just laid down on the bed AND NOT moving my right hand for almost 2 mins or more.. it was painful and i felt hot at the joint of the thumb.. then the rest of the night was bad.. i couldn’t move the thumb at all.. one slight motion, it’d caused excruciating pain.. everything i did, i had to use my left hand and the rest of the fingers on my right hand..

yesterday, it felt better.. at least i can drive my mom to go grocery shopping! it’s painful BUT it’s still bearable… my thumb has to get better coz if not, how am i gonna carry my stuff to Bali? sigh…………..

this weekend, the last week of April was my most fulfiling weekend EVER! muahahahahahah..

on saturday, i went to 1U.. alone.. was window shopping, went to Zara, Vincci, had lunch at Seed Cafe and etc.. i had fried pasta there.. not bad actually.. with cocktail sausages, garlic and chilies.. had esprit passion fruit and it ALL costed me ONLY RM21++.. not bad huh? and that was before i had 20% discount!

then on sunday, went out with my mom to the hair salon.. i had my hair layered coz it was getting thick.. while my mom was perming her hair, i drove to sg wang and shop! hehe.. bought a few things.. a bag, a bracelet and a belly button ring..

OVERALL for this weekend, i’ve spent RM200! darn! BUT it’s ALL good.. hehe.. withdrew RM300 on saturday and now left RM100.. let’s see.. i need to withdraw again! OMG.. sigh..
